Stakeholders: I collaborated with the web team, events team, and my design team for the 2021 event site and a third party agency for our digital event platform and our third party agency for registration.
Problem: This year, while we were only doing one event and not a tour, the singular event was a digital experience, that would be treated as one free event, with three premium sub-tracks that would be behind a paywall.
Solution: While this event was a new structure that we haven't had tried before, the way I approached it, I was able to leverage my existing templates from a triple event tour year for the main free event homepage and then created new secondary homepages for each of the premium tracks.

The event visual language chosen this year was designed by my direct report at the time, Amanda Cash. I coached her on the design iterations and we did working sessions where we ensured that the design would be able to work as a whole, but also split into components to represent the three tracks.
We wanted to incorporate some movement, create depth, and add more interaction to the site. For the depth and movement I set some subtle moving shapes in the background. The glow of the NOW letters inspired me to create glowing neon rollover states. I worked with the front end developer and he brought my ideas to life in Codepen and eventually to our production site.
